Terms and Conditions

Hirer’s Responsibility

  • It is the responsibility of the hirer to make sure that all the safety instructions are followed in order to avoid injury or any damage to the equipment

  • Little Kingdom Party Hire will not be held liable for any injury incurred while using the soft play equipment

  • A responsible adult is required to supervise children at all times while using the soft play area (0-5 years only)

Payments

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure the desired date

  • Once a booking is confirmed and a 30% deposit is paid, the cancellation policy will apply

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior the event

Refunds and Bonds

  • A refundable bond will be held before the start of the hire period

    • This bond will be refunded when all equipment is collected in good condition, and the same state it was received

    • In the event of damage or loss, the hirer will be charged the full replacement cost of the equipment. This cost will be added to the total cost of the hire or will be deducted from the refundable deposit. If the refundable deposit is not enough to cover the total surcharge, the client will pay the balance to the owner

  • If we can’t perform our setup safely due to lack of space provided, safety issues, or the venue isn’t as described, all monies paid will be fortified

Cancellations

  • In the event of a cancellation (for change of mind or cancellation of event) within 14 days from the hire date, all monies paid will be forfeited

    • No refunds will be given within a 14 day period from hire date

  • Any cancellations before a 15 day period will result in any monies paid being made available as credit to use within 12 months

    • ​If the hirer requires a refund (if eligible) of the deposit Little Kingdom Party Hire will deduct 25% of service/admin fees of the total package

  • The equipment is not to be modified once it’s set up, for the entire duration of the hire period

Special Conditions

  • Our soft play equipment is only designed to be used by children from 0-5 only. It’s not rated for bigger kids and damage can easily occur

  • Once the equipment has been set up by Little Kingdom Party Hire staff, equipment cannot be moved or changed

  • No sharp items are allowed in the play area

  • No food, drink, face painting, or pets allowed in the play area

  • No sticky items to be around the play equipment

  • Please remember to remove your shoes before entering the play area - no high heels, they puncture our soft mats

  • If you are required to stick anything on our equipment kindly ask for prior to doing so

  • Any damage to the equipment will result in the bond not being refunded. If the repairs exceed the value of the bond, the hirer is responsible to cover the additional cost of repair to the full amount

  • If you are planning your event to be outdoors, if there is a chance of rain or strong wind on the hire day, Little Kingdom Party Hire will request a backup indoor location to be provided as the equipment can’t be exposed to elements

By depositing monies to secure your booking, you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions
